We are always on the lookout for passionate people to join our team and enable us to deliver even more exciting opportunities and adventures to young people across the age groups. You don’t need to have any formal qualifications, and experience on the water is not required. We provide all necessary training using the extensive resources developed by the Scout Association.
You can volunteer directly with our Scout sections that meet in the evenings term-time during the week:
Monday – Cubs
Tuesday – Beavers
Wednesday – Explorers
Thursday – Scouts
You can volunteer flexibly, at a level that’s comfortable for you.
You can also help the group out with important tasks such as building and boat maintenance, fund-raising or else use your experience across sections as a Skills Instructor.
